Element Calgary Airport Hotel

I almost wrote a glowing review, but that was before we found a bloody mucus in the shower and were informed of breakfast having no hot options. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. It was shocking how they neglected my comfort. This place needs to step up their game, and fast.

The breakfast selection was excellent, offering an

Array of delicious options, including freshly made eggs and a variety of fruits. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, though I experienced some noise from adjoining rooms during the night. Level of cleanliness and professionalism was great.

Well laid out and well-appointed rooms with comfy bed, a kitchenette plus rotating TV. Quick check in and late check out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

It has really helpful and efficient staff team on shift.

The room was bright and clean, with a rain shower that had great pressure. Breakfast was honestly the best I've had at a hotel-lots of fresh options and cooked food. Plus, the 24-hour gym was spacious with modern equipment 😄

The rooms were fashionable and new-fashioned here with very well done bathroom and comfortable beds plus kitchenette. The service was excellent and the pool was great. What's more, there's parking outside👍

The modern rooms were spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the proximity to McCall Lake Golf Course, perfect for a round of golf while my husband entertained the kids. Plus, the complimentary drink in the lobby was a nice bonus!

Enjoyed the spacious room with a kitchenette. The breakfast had a solid variety, but the cleanliness of the cutlery could be better. Parking was tight, but I managed to find a spot most of the time. Encountered some issues with the phone in the room, which only worked as a speakerphone, and the steam room was lukewarm at best. Staff appeared friendly yet sometimes informal when discussing problems at check-in. The hotel has great potential but needs attention to detail and maintenance.

The clean, spacious room had a kitchenette, free parking, and was perfect for my family trip. Felt right at home!

The room I stayed in was both clean and spacious. The rainhead shower had fantastic pressure. The swimming pool and fitness center offered excellent facilities, awesome for a well-rounded stay. Breakfast featured a generous variety of fresh options, and I appreciated how accommodating the staff were .

The frequency of the airport shuttle could be improved to enhance convenience .

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with so many delicious options! my room had some maintenance issues, like dirty shower fixtures. Still, I would definitely come back!
